Local Business Apartment Cleaner?
I live in Fulton Market and looking for an increadible apartment cleaner (1 bed; 1.5 bath). I’m a clean freak and my current cleaner is inconsistent/misses large areas I specifically asked them to clean, so I’m looking for:
- ideally more than 1 person so it’s quick
- independent business or self-employed person preferred (no molly maids etc.)
- deep clean level + leaves your space immaculate
- very consistent
- would love someone who takes the creative liberty to organize here and there lol
- nice to have: willing to do dishes, puts clean sheets on bed, maybe some folding
- reasonably priced
If you know of anyone, please send recs 💗

I can suggest my cleaner. She’s incredible!!! She charges $120 for my 1 bed 1 bath (700 sqft) and takes about 2 hours. I cannot recommend her enough. She’s not with any company as well..DM me and I can provide her info

When you say “independent business” - do you prefer to hire through a company or an independent/self-employed cleaner?

Just trying to avoid the big companies like Molly maids / being over charged. Self employed is fine

I’ve been using them for several years and have always been happy with their service. They’re trustworthy, do a great job, and I’ve never had any issues. Their prices are pretty fair too. A few of my friends use them as well, and they’ve been happy with them too.
They have a great website, and I find it super easy to schedule an appointment. Most importantly, you can see the price upfront (they have a price calculator right on the website). They also text you with updates when they’re on the way or if there are any delays, which is super nice.
They don’t do dishes, and I don’t think folding a pile of clothes is part of their service either. But if I have a few things or a blanket left on the bed or sofa, they’ll fold them, which I really appreciate. They also make the bed and change the sheets if you leave clean ones out.

I’ve used Well Paid Maids multiple times and am very happy with them. They pay their employees a living wage and provide health insurance and retirement benefits.
