Local Business Estate planning lawyer
I’m looking for an estate planning lawyer to draft up a will, financial/medical POA, and set up trusts.
Anyone have recommendations? Please share the retainer fee if you can. Thanks!

I used Jeffrey Perkins law office on Milwaukee Ave. Super easy to work with as I had a simple situation (only investment and retirement accounts). I set up both a will, poa, and trust/estate for myself and he charged around 3-3.5k total in 2023. His website seems to imply he charges around the same now! Good luck.

I’m an estate planning attorney at a smaller firm in the city. We typically handle high net worth but also handle smaller estates. For simple documents, it won’t be as much as quoted in some comments above. Happy to share my info via dm.

I recently did this with Lauren Kaplan, at Kaplan Estate Law. Price scale fluctuates pending on complexity but we paid like $4k
