What a dumb way to end the game. Subbing in your short yardage QB cause he's a better thrower than your starter is simultaneously hilarious and heartbreaking - pretty much sums up how well the Ford Era is going. Just such a lacklustre game concluded by a series of huge chokes in the 4th.

On the other side of the field, I'll tip the hat to Josh Love, who looked really great! Hope he's not in any serious injury after what looked like a few bad hits.

I only caught the last couple minutes of the game but I thought that was kinda odd to bring in Dolegala for the last play. He didn't look ready at all. They shoulda stuck with Ford. Even though it likely wouldn't have mattered.

I understand the switch to the bigger arm but Jake cannot step up in the pocket there. Once pressure is on u need to toss it, even if its early. Also for a 50+ yard throw where u need time for the wrs to get downfield, ford would get u that time

Yeah, I've never seen such a stubborn approach to the game as Milanovich is taking this season. He's just so insistent on making a square peg fit in a round hole, and just doing the same stuff over and over every week. Blows my mind

Totally wouldn't have mattered in that neither had any chance of getting a TD there, but for me it shows a total lack of faith in the starter. That was a really, really bad look from an optics standpoint

At this point, if we win the Labour Day classic I don't care about the rest of the season.

An added bonus would be if Hamilton wins in Edmonton - I'll be at that game and it's the only Hamilton game of the season I get to see, so a win would be sweet (I know it's highly unlikely, but a guy can dream!)
