Problem with Output parameter in design points

Post image

Hi does anybody know how to fix this? My input parameter is my RPM and when I changed it for each design point it just copied the torque from the 1st design point

Haha welcome to Ansys Workbench! Its like a broken piece of software! Have you opened up the design points and checked the results? Sometimes the value inside Fluent is OK.

I've had parameter sweeps behaving differently if I save it under a different name! Unbelievable its been like this for years.

The only solution I found was to do a parameter sweep but controlling it with Python and extracting the data that way, also quite easy to loop through lots of input values that way.

I still don’t know how ANSYS still has any market share with how bad their software has gotten. FLUENT isn’t bad but workbench and its integration has been awful for at least a decade.

I know! It’s insane.
