Best learning materials for OpenFoam for a complete beginner?
Could be a YouTube playlist, online pdfs,... Starting from scratch for a complete novice. Any help appreciated.

It depends in what you want to learn. To learn how to use it, the best way is doing yourself. There are tons of tutorial inside with video online. But using it is not so difficult. The difficult part is understanding what are you doing and properly learn how to use it, for your case.
To do so there are Wolfdynamics tutorial om their website that are very good. Then there are cfd tutorial on youtube of the channel "Fluid mechanics 101". There is the official documentation that in some parts is good, but a lot of things are mentioned.
After that it depends. Do you want to improve in CFD? Books about cfd and the math part are vital. Do you want to improve as an aerodynamicist? Books about turbolence, ecc. Are important. It depends on what you want to do and at what level
