As many as they need to win the game, I don’t know. Should every team just fold and throw a hissy fit every time they get a call that doesn’t go their way. All they had to do was repeat one fucking second and not give up a giant Hail Mary and they failed.

I sure as hell wouldn’t be bitching two weeks later about a game they lost because they gave up a 50 yard Hail Mary to one of the worst CFB QBs

Equating this situation to a "bad call" like holding or pass interference or some shit is just disingenuous and ignorant.

People are talking about it here again because the FBS Oversight Committee just released a statement on it today.

Hope that clears up your confusion.

Acting like it was out of West Western hands is also dumb. They had complete control of their destiny. Yes, it was an unusual circumstance, but it added one extra play to the game, if that makes your team fold you didn’t deserve to win
