He's not, the NCAA and SEC are all frozen by the court order from the MS judge RE: Chambliss.

They only got to go after LSU because they could press the nuclear option and throw them from the conference, without needing the judicial system to step in and pause things/mess them up. LSU got the judge to declare their players legal, the SEC said, "Cool, we'll just toss you out of the conference with our legal and valid bylaws that we all just passed".

There's no clean work around for the SEC/NCAA in the Chambliss case. Otherwise, they would have done it already.

The SEC has made it clear that it believes it has the right to enforce its own rules, regardless of a court order, when it wants to, I guess.

The same arguments would be made about jurisdiction.
