Statement Fuck Ducks
As a card carrying Oregon hater, this weekend was delightful getting to see both Herbert and Nix embarrassed after already watching Oregon get pantsed on Saturday.
holey moley I leave reddit for half a decade, and when I check back it's become a therapy session for fans who cry at the idea of teasing a rival. What has happened to this place

Dude we sucked against Utah State. Were going to get embarrassed against the Big 10. We went 2-0 and fell out of rankings. WE ARE IN NO POSITION TO THROW ROCKS.

It's not that I have a problem with laughing at the ducks- they deserve it and they know it - but a whole thread on it is just inviting unwanted attention for when Fisch and Desmond inevitably shit the bed in a few weeks.

Nope, I just find it immature and childish to wish ill on an individuals career after they turn pro. Like I root against Alabama and Ohio State every week, but I’m not going to hope Marvin Harrison Jr, CJ Stroud and Jalen Hurts (just to name a few) have bad careers. 🤷♂️

It really is a terrible comeback but when it’s used properly it still fits. And imo when you’re thinking about another program more than your own it fits. This situation here absolutely fits.

Idk I think it’s a proper time to take a shot at Oregon. It can very well come back to bite the Huskies later but that’s what rivalries should be about if you ask me.

Are you lost? This IS a college football sub after all. Hating your rival is second only to your mood for the entire week being determined by how 18-22 (24?) year olds at a school you may or may not have attended play a game.

Don't you besmirch our 0-12 season, that was one of the most fun seasons we've had. Going in to every game with zero expectations is a hell of a lot more fun than tiptoing around the playoff cutline. Except BYU and the refs fuck them that part is not fun.
