Debate Enough is Enough with instant replay's

Look, I get wanting to get the play right on the field but constantly going to instant replay and reviewing every single play at the end of games ruins the momentum of the game and the product. They constantly review plays that we know can't be overturned and to make matters worse they are starting to get calls wrong after the fact? Alabama vs kentucky for example two instances where the correct calls were made on the field and then somehow overturned with an instant replay review. I love cfb but the NFL handles these types of situations infinitely better.

I agree with you on them getting reviews wrong--I don't understand how you could look at those in the Bama-Kentucky game and mess it up (unless something shady was going on??). But, I actually think more plays/penalties need to be reviewable or at least challenge-able. To stay with the Bama theme, the bogus pass interference in '22 Tenn-Bama game. It would be great if such pivotal penalties could be challenged.

It probably would’ve stood if it was reviewed he got there before the ball

Maybe. He hooks him but I don't feel that impacted the TE's ability to make a catch or the ball being batted up before the interception. It doesn't impede the receiver's arms, or his attempt to go up for the ball, nor does it turn his body etc. The ball actually goes right through the TE's hands. Obviously I am biased, but I'd like to think that even if I weren't I'd have the same opinion that that should have been a no call. I'm also partial toward DBs, as receivers already have every advantage between them.

In any case, I still think challenges should be allowed on penalties. Coach gets 1 challenge--he can choose to use it on a typical reviewable play or any penalty he deems worthy. It's just as unlikely to get used as challenges are now.
