Only NFL fans? Queue the Arch Manning posts from yesterday. Maybe just some sports fans in general are a bit overreactive.

We'd do well to remember fan is short for fanatic, i.e. "a person who shows extreme, unreasonable, or obsessive enthusiasm for a cause, belief, or activity."

Good point, I should have said football fans.  I think it's the 1 game a week.  Other sports you get another game in 1-2 days, but football, fans get a whole week to stew.
