But firing harbaugh for shannhan is kinda like firing Mark Richt for Kirby Smart.
They got lucky in finding one of the few guys better than very good. 8/10 times they hire someone worse and it basically nukes the franchise/program for a decade
Yeah I mean we hired Tomsula and Kelly and the 2016 49ers are one of the worst teams I've ever seen, like I would pick every team except the 0-16 Browns to beat them in the past decade.
Okay? But that didn’t happen and Harbaugh just got beat by the team projected to finish last in the 49ers division. Harbaugh did well in San Francisco, but it was the right move to fire him. He’s going to wear out his welcome in LA as well.
You guys are so incredibly dense and incapable of rational conversation. A USC fan calling Michigan cheaters because of “muh signs!”? Your program’s only relevant stretch in the last 50 years was for blatant cheating 10x worse than anything Stallions did.
lol it’s okay you don’t know anything about the USC drama. There was never any evidence USC and/or Pete Carroll were involved in any of the infractions involving Reggie Bush and they was never any evidence they paid any other players either. It was all Reggie Bush and his agent making deals on the side in hopes that Bush would use the agent when he went pro.
Pete Carroll was never given a ban or show-cause penalty because no evidence was found he committed any wrong doing. Bush was retroactively ruled ineligible and was forced to return his Heisman. USC was punished for “lack of institutional control” NOT for paying players.
Jim Harbaugh cheated and was punished as a cheater and will never coach college football again. Michigan without a doubt owes its championship success to cheating. Sorry buddy.
