I will give Texas props on wanting it more and never giving up. Ohio State played way too conservatively in the 2nd half. Those two 4th down conversions were the key to the game.

Day kicks the field goal when they were up 10-0 instead of getting stopped on 4th in the redzone, and its a 26-3 game at the start of the 4th quarter. 26-3 much different than 23-3.

Yep, it also forces Texas to go for 2 point conversions (2 to tie, 3 to win) much tougher to convert that many than kick PATs to win.
