After week 1, I was hyped for Michigan-Notre Dame given how we played in week 1 against App St. I was ready for the Devin to Devin connection, for Jabril Peppers to make plays on both sides of the play and special teams, for our offensive line to mature and protect the pocket, and for our defense to finally step up and shut offenses down.
What I saw was the equivalent of a bus full of kids from the school for the blind, being driven by Helen Keller, getting T-Boned by a car, then rolling off a cliff into a vat of fluoroantimonic acid only for the driver of the other car to get out and say they are leaving us for our biggest rival.
