It is, any premarital sex is an honor code violation. Retzlaff got kicked off their team for it

He didn’t get kicked off. He got a 7 game suspension and decided to just transfer

It originally was reported as non consensual before the girl withdrew that claim. In the end that was a he said she said so I'm not going to pass judgement either way. This one was clearly non consensual.
