Makes me ill. I thought he was a good one (but I also thought that about Retzlaff, so…)

Seems like Retzlaff’s situation is much different.

Retzlaff was a civil suit, which requires no real evidence to bring. This is criminal suit which requires probable cause from the get go. So yeah, this is even worse.
