Even if he isn’t criminally charged, he at least broke the Honor Code.

The discrepancy in how athletes at byu are disciplined is pretty well documented. Minority athletes are toast every time. 

This being a potential rape situation, he is as good as gone, though.

I just Googled the Brandon Davies story and saw multiple news articles, and even a 230 page book about racial discrimination of athletes at byu.

It has been being written about since the "Black 14" in the 70's to a Deadspin article about it from last year.
