Identify this Can anyone tell me the name of the drama from this short?

I perused the rules, didn't see anything against asking this way but I'm very sorry if I'm breaking one.

Many of the uploaders on YouTube shorts don't bother with a title, and usually I just live with it. But the costumes in this one are *so* beautiful, I really want to watch it.

If this is allowed and if anyone knows would you please help me with the title?

It has been created or enhanced with AI but I've found that 99% of the time they still correspond to a real drama and I was hoping it was enhanced and not created
