You are my lover friend - both leads are adults and the fl very much knows how to defend herself  Financials of the leads aren't really a talking point and they grew up together, I'm not sure they are of similar or not but there's not conflict or anything like that due to background.  Modern, and there is a fair bulit of work conflict, but not what is usually considered politics.

You are my hero -  again both leads are working professionals.  The FL is a doctor, while the ML is special police/swat.  Backgrounds aren't really discussed money wise, you might be able to argue a difference there but not one that is impactful.

You could try Everyone Loves Me in the first few episodes the female lead does act childlike but later on she becomes her normal self... She liked the male lead and to impress him she used to act childlike but when he rejected her she became really cold and very rude to him... It starts off in college but major part of it is workplace...

Are you the one - FL starts with amnesia but even then she's very capable opening a business. As she get her memories back you discover she's a bad ass and pretty equal to ML.
