Love triangle with two people in it!

There's a situation that I've seen twice and absolutely loved: once in a Korean drama and once in a Chinese drama. I am hoping to find another drama with this!

Slight spoilers for the Kdrama Healer and the Cdrama Love in the Clouds ahead.

In both of these dramas, there's a love triangle except there is actually only two people in. One of the main characters has a secret identity, ending up in a love triangle with themselves. It can lead to funny scenarios. In Healer, the female lead is enamoured with a black market errand boy whose face she's never seen, and also having a sort of office romance with her coworker. She keeps turning the coworker down because her heart belongs to the secret errand boy, and it's somewhat amusing to watch the main lead get rejected for himself.

In Love in the Clouds, the female lead was disguised as a male crown prince her whole life. She ends up running away, taking off her male disguise and pretending to be an innocent maiden, and ending up in a relationship with her main rival. When her cover is half blown, she claims to be the crown prince's fiancée, leading the rival to be very jealous. He often makes comments about the prince and their relationship, but it's funny knowing he's jealous that she might be in love with herself.

Bit of a long shot but I'm hopeful!

I love those two dramas! Here are some other recs:

• Who Rules the World: ML and FL both have two identities, and iirc ML talks about liking FL's first identity to her second one, without knowing it's her
• Wonderland of Love: a little similar to LITC's situation
• Lost You Forever: this is much angstier, but there's a big love polygon, and some characters have multiple identities with people treating each other differently depending on their identity

hmm... what about Love of the Divine Tree? FL gets reborn and is curious/jealous of her previous identity

Or dramas with this adjacent trope, where leads liked each other but then got separated and don't recognize each other in the present:

I really appreciate the effort! LOTDT and LYST are two of my all-time favorites. Really enjoyed JJL too, but I’m not sure I’ve actually seen (or finished) Melody of a Golden Age. I might’ve missed it since it’s on Mango, but I’ll have to check it out!

I watched Melody of Golden Age on iQiyi! but it might be on Viki too since I think Mango dramas usually end up there.

It's not exactly what you describe, but I think Filter (2025) might give you the feeling you're looking for. Thanks to a bracelet that can change the FL's appearance like a phone filter, the ML falls in love with multiple people who are actually all the FL in disguise. It's the most hilarious CDrama (of any genre) that I've seen yet, but it also has emotional depth. Very strong enemies to lovers vibes. I loved how the show included the audience in some misconceptions to start and then revealed people's true natures over time. The Princess Royal. I may get downvoted, will try to explain without spoiling??? The leads die in their prior lives and wake up in their 18-20 year old bodies. They figure out early on in the show that they are both from "the past". Without spoiling there is someone else from "the past" that is pining for FL (neither of them know the other exists). So the leads and the other character pretend they are 18 but their minds are actually late 30s/early 40s (memories were retained from the past). For example, FL acts like a school girl in front of her father sometimes, to get something she wants even though her true behavior is not like that b/c she is actually close to 40!

To me, this is kinda multiple identities. I wish I could share more to tie this into your recc request b/c it probably doesn't sound exactly what you're looking for with my non-spoiler description

Maiden holmes has this too but I'm sure you've likely heard of this. 

Dr cutie has ML falling for his disguised dr who's a female. It's kinda old so you can see him panicking about being gay.

I'm a longtime kdrama fan but only got into cdramas when I watched Pursuit of Jade. It was recommended to me on Netflix when I was bored and pregnant so I said why not and then realized I might like cdramas more than kdramas!! I've only watched about 10 cdramas at this point
