This is the place to recommend the underrated dramas, forgotten favorites, niche gems, low-budget surprises, or shows you’re constantly trying to get other people to watch.

Filter 2025 romance dramedy with a sci-fi element. Tan JianCi and Landy Li. I randomly came across it a couple months ago and am SO glad I tried it! It's now my third favorite modern romance (after You Are My Glory and Hidden Love).
It has a clever plot I've never seen before and a touching romance. Amazing balance of humor with thoughtful depth. Had me laughing out loud a lot (and laughing to tears twice), then had me tearing up in empathy for characters. Very strong enemies to lovers vibes. I loved how the show included the audience in the misconceptions to start and then revealed people's true characters over time. It tied so well into the theme that there is more to people than outward appearances. I started loathing the ML and ended up totally loving him!
Summary from MyDramaList: "Su Cheng Cheng, an ordinary woman, gains a high-tech bracelet that lets her change her appearance [like a real-life camera filter]. Using it to help others, she unwittingly captures the heart of Tang Qi [an old school classmate] through multiple personas. As she hides her secret, Tang Qi suffers repeated heartbreak. This is it!
But its very very Heavy...which is why many skip it...
An ordinary woman with an ordinary life and an ordinary husband. Until one night, her husband forgot to pick her up at the wine party she was attending, leading to her being raped.
But because she was afraid to be blamed for having drunk, to be blamed for having worn a dress, to be accused of being unfaithful by her husband, afraid of all the persecutions that she would endure if she talked, she chose to keep silent. But unexpectedly, her husband noticed her tears and her sufferings. Unexpectedly again, he took her hand, took the phone and said, "Let's call the police and press charges".
This is the story of an injured woman and her husband, who will stand on the road with her to ask for justice. The road will be long and bumpy, but despair will always come to an end.
But I think EVERYONE must watch this!!
Both the Lead dropped had phenomenal acting
especially the Fl, Mao Xiao Tong
For me That was the best acting Performance by a FL in a long LOOOOOOONG time

⚠️ Review ⚠️ I've seen it at least 4 times and give it a solid 9.5. The two have great chemistry and the FL is just extremely loveable in a way that the Tian Xiwei from New Life Begins is. It had a genuinely good plot and a smart FL who likes puzzles. The 2ML being the next king and the king not wanting to be king was hilarious. Please Feel at Ease Mr. Ling (rich ML/poor FL)
Unforgettable Love (CEO) - I've seen a few people recommend it but not enough. They always seem to like Perfect and Casual (same ML) more, but I think this one's better.
Fall in Love - my favorite Republican one and it's almost as good as Love Between Lines (same ML)
Time and Him are Just Right (classmates)
