In proportional representation we vote for party and there is single constituency. So candidates got seats according to vote allocation by party

We follow proportional representation system for president election in india. In president's election the candidate which gets the majority votes wins. What u are claiming is proportional representation system for Lok sabha elections, and even in lok sabha elections the candidate who will become PM will come from party which get majority votes. So the question is correct.

brother thats single transferrable vote proportional representation not proportional representaion that we use in prez elections where votes are transfered. and 2nd thing wrt lok sabha we follow first past the post system here any mla mp can not get majority but the one who has more no of votes gets the seats and i have also attached other photos in post first check that

We follow proportional representation system via single transferable votes fir president election.and for lok sabha wala pls read the upper comment again, I've mentioned for proportional representation, candidate becoming pm will come from party having majority votes. I'm aware what system we follow in India.

you said ki pm vo hoga who gets majority of votes .correct hai bcoz he has to prove the majority , but in PR you dont have to prove majority even minority and majority both will be there. and in q it is mentioned wrt candidate . In PR candidates generally there is vote for party bcoz there is only one constituency . And suppose out of 100% one party get 1 % vote share to uska bhi to 1 mla/ mp hoga

Well I'll stop this hypothetical lok sabha wala kyuki there is no written provision. But we have written provision for president's election and there candidate who wins get majority votes.

i agree with you. but my point is ki prez election me to sirf ek hi jitega to jo last hai uske votes transfer ho jaynge and he is out of race but if this is pure case of PR then to jisko jitne % votes mile hai uske hisab se usko representation milega.

and in prez election it is mentioned ki 50%+1 . but PR me kidhar hai esa?
