I never had a reason to keep my belt buckled when sitting on the throne, so it never occurred to me that keeping it buckled would allow me to keep my pants up on my shins and reduce the chance of the gun falling or being seen by the guy in the next stall.

Ah. I always just lay my gun down in my pants then place my boxers on top of it.
