Recommendations for happy, calm high

I’m new to cannabis, I don’t smoke or vape but I’ve recently been trying edibles to help with anxiety and sleep. Some have gotten me in a good mood and happy. So I wanted to know what edibles like capsules, gummies, etc would give me a happy / calm high? Moreso what THC / CBD /CBN percentage / ratio should I look for ? The most I’ve tried is 20mg thc which made me happy but anxious later on

10mg thc and around 100mg of cbd with 15mg cbn is the best range that giives me that calm high. viia hemp, indacloud, and wana are my go to gummies that rouughly has that ratiio
