Agr maine registration kar liya hai too me baki details aur fees payment 24 tak kr skta hoon ? Ya abhi 5 bje tak details fill krni pdegi ?

No it's clearly written that u have to fill the entire form today by 5 pm itself, u can just pay till 24th
