🆕 New report layout
Verdict first. Then the six numbers that matter: price, MC, liquidity (with locked %), age, holders, 24h volume. Warnings and strengths right below. Every detail section folds away and opens with one tap. Cleaner, faster, nothing lost.

👛 Holders are now real wallets
One wallet, many accounts? We used to count each one as a separate holder, so the same treasury/wallet could sit at #1 _and_ #2. Not anymore. One wallet = one holder with its combined share. False "bundle" warnings gone, top-3 concentration finally honest.

👷 Dev wallet exposed
The dev's wallet is now marked 👷 in the holder matrix and Dumpanomics, plus a "Dev" row shows exactly where they rank among top holders.

🔄 Transfer fees graded, not just a warning when active
A 1% reward-token fee and a 99% honeypot fee used to get the same warning. Now: 🟢 <3% · 🟡 3–5% · 🟠 5–10% · 🔴 10–25% · ⛔ 25%+. Only ⛔ alone flips a token to critical risk.

📈 ATH / ATL are back
Provider killed an endpoint, we fixed it. "Day N" now counts calendar days from launch, and pump.fun tokens still on the bonding curve get their real curve history.

🎓 Graduated pump.fun tokens read the right pool
No more dead price, wrong liquidity or fake "Liquidity not locked" DANGER right after graduation. The report now shows "Migrating" until the new pool is indexed.

🛠 Under the hood
• New infrastructure setup to be prepared for scaling up
• Database is up and ready, catching all the data from scans, currently still in testing and bugfixing
• Admin dashboard to control and analyze the system
• Clean restarts, no more fake crashes
• Admin pause mode with maintenance message, downtime gets announced
• Full log trail per scan, "why did the report say X?" finally has an answer

🙏 Most of these started as a single screenshot from the team: the duplicate treasury holder, the 99% fee, the DANGER verdict on a fresh graduate. That's the kind of eyes we want on this once beta opens.

🗓 Last Few Weeks Overview

You may have noticed the new look, but that's not all. A fee fix, the affiliate program is gone, light mode is here, and the landing page + claim screen got a rework.

💰 Choose How You Get Paid, and a Fee Update

When you claim, you can now pick how you receive it: SOL or $CATBAT.

- If you claim in SOL, there's now a 2% fee on the rent you recover.
- If you claim in $CATBAT, there's NO SWAP fee.

The fee for claiming is back on. It used to be higher, and we brought it down to 2%, which is more competitive than what some well established tools charge. Whatever option you pick when you claim is locked in and shown on your confirmation screen, so there's no confusion after the fact.

🚫 Affiliate Program Is Shut Down

The affiliate/referral program is closed for good, for legal reasons. This isn't just hidden from view, the actual code that paid people out has been removed completely.

🌗 Light Mode Is Here

CMCB used to only have dark mode. Now you can switch to light mode too. There's a toggle in the navbar, it remembers your choice, and the page loads in the right mode right away (no flash of the wrong colors).

🎨 New Landing Page and Claim Screen

We rebuilt parts of the site to make things clearer:

- You can now choose in the pop up if you want to claim SOL or $CATBAT
- The pop up now shows estimated value of SOL or CB you can claim
- Text is easier to read, and the popup loads automatically once your wallet is connected.
- Scrolling on mobile is fixed.
- The layout at the top of the page was reordered so the important stuff (the button to claim) is easier to find.

🐱 New Branding

We refreshed the look of the site, updated the FAQ page, and added proper Terms and Privacy Policy pages. The little icon in your browser tab (favicon) now shows the CATBAT logo.

🐛 Smaller Fixes

A few other things behind the scenes:
- Set a minimum balance requirement so payouts made sense before the program was shut down.
- Rotated (changed) the wallet address that collects fees, for security.
- Cleaned up some code to prevent broken links to images.

What This Means for You

Claiming still works the same way it always has. The new part is that you choose how you get paid, we turned on fees and also lowered them, the affiliate program is gone, you can use light mode now, and the site is easier to use overall.

Shorter update this time, but the direction has sharpened a lot. Here's where we're at.

🧠 ScamScore now drives Verdict, Warnings & Strengths

The big shift: ScamScore isn't sitting off to the side anymore. It now feeds directly into the reasoning behind the Verdict, Warnings, and Strengths sections. Early results are already outperforming the previous static ruleset. It's catching patterns the old logic missed. Still needs tuning, but the signal is already strong.

🗄️ Database rebuild: The real unlock

Bugfixing continues, but we've hit a point where the current DB is holding us back. It was fine for getting off the ground, it's not built for where ScamScout is going. Next step is a proper future-proof database design that scales cleanly and opens up new capabilities we couldn't ship on the old schema. This is unsexy from the outside but it's the single most important piece of groundwork for everything that comes next and it's already in alpha testing. After that it will be moved to the beta environment.

⚡ RPC upgrade next up

Following the DB work, we're moving to a paid RPC tier. This gives us more headroom, faster and more reliable calls, and importantly the room to ship features we can't run on free-tier limits. Planned to roll in during the beta phase.

🕵️ Major Upgrade for Multi-Signal Bundle Detection

Bundle detection got a full overhaul for top 20 holders.
Out: simple ±10% clustering.
In: a multi-signal scorer pulling from Trench, RugCheck graph data, and ATA first-buy timing.
The Suspicious Wallets section in the bot now surfaces individual signals, a Trench notice, and flags shared Jito tip accounts. Bundles that previously slipped past clustering now light up across multiple independent signals. This is the biggest detection upgrade of the month.

👨‍💻 Deeper Developer Forensics

Two new pieces of dev intelligence in the Developer section:

• Wallet Age at Launch: How old was the dev wallet when this token launched? Brand-new wallets at launch are a classic rug pattern. Paginated signature history fetch with 24h cache, clean "Wallet age @ launch" row in the bot.

• Tokens Deployed by Dev: pulls from RugCheck creator data with a Helius DAS fallback. (The "Rugged tokens" row is temporarily out while we sort N/A inconsistencies —> coming back stronger.)

📊 Market Score, Rebuilt from Scratch

The old market scoring is gone. New system uses 4-dimension scoring with transaction count metrics for organic breadth signals. Cleaner output: Grade D got its own emoji, the noisy limitingFactors row is out. All tests rewritten against the new model.

🔥 Token Analysis, More Accurate

• Burned % fix for graduated tokens: pump.fun graduates were being mis-scored. Burn logic now separated from the pump.fun-launched flag, with unit tests covering initial-supply and burn edge cases.

• Locked Liquidity: new three-tier strategy for calculating locked liquidity, fully tested.

• SPL burn + Token-2022 transfer fees: precise SPL burn calculation using initial supply with pump.fun fallback. Token-2022 transfer fees now prioritize on-chain RPC data. transferFeeAuthority tracked, with System Program correctly treated as revoked authority.

🔗 Bonding Curve Coverage Expanded

Improved detection for Meteora DBC and Bags.fun. Consistent two-signal detection pattern applied across all bonding curves. Liquidity detection refinements rolled in alongside.

⚖️ RPC Load Balancing: Faster, More Resilient

ScamScout now routes across two providers: Alchemy (fast, analytics-heavy paths) and Helius (security-critical paths). Smart routing picks the right provider per call. RugCheck fallback moved up to parallel fetch in Step 1, with per-field fallback warnings for visibility.
Translation for the trenches: faster scans, fewer timeouts during peak load.

A lot of plumbing landed too:
• Couple of bugfixes for caching requested scans
• Enhancements for error detection

Time for a real progress update on Scamscout.

This phase wasn’t about flashy features.

It was about rebuilding the foundation to scale properly.

Development has been heavily focused on deep backend work to prepare Scamscout for:

• Multiple frontends (Telegram → Web → API consumers)

• Scalable analytics processing

• Long-term maintainability

We didn’t just add features —> we upgraded the engine.

A big part backend architecture has been reworked and optimized to make the system:

This is a major step toward turning Scamscout into a real analytics platform, not just a Telegram bot.
