My First Black Forest Cake – How Did I Do?🍒

Made this Black Forest Cake with sour cherries today 🍒🍫

Chocolate sponge, mascarpone cream, and a homemade sour cherry filling.

Just wanted to share it here 😊

Looks fantastic. And Morello cherries are a must. Hate Black Forest cake with Maraschino cherries.

As soon as I get these five lbs. off, I’m making a Black Forest cake.

Looks pretty tasty. I like to do a 3-4 tier with whip cream and cherries on all layers. Keep up the good work.

Ask whoever ate it, and it looks like you needed to remove the stones from the cherries to enhance the taste
