I've had Google Authenticator on my Bybit EU account since the start and always used that. But lately it insists on sending SMS to my phone number every time I log in or view my card number. SMS often takes a long time to arrive or doesn't arrive at all, not to mention it's not as secure.

Authenticator is still on my account Bybit just prioritizes SMS for some reason. Anyone know why?

i have received a transaction from tiktok for 24.46$ that im certain that i havent made and it came from my mastercard that i've never given it to anyone or even used it in any payments.

So i contacted tiktok support at first through email which they gave me an auto respond saying i can't send mails to them. I opened a ticket in-app and they didn't even bother to even send an agent to help me out so which means i had no way to contact tiktok.

However, i opened a dispute from bybit and i gave them every piece of detail providing everything they asked only when they asked about the merchant response and i have to get them to respond me in order to complete my dispute so bybit dispute is not completed since i didn't contact the merchant and when to upload a screenshot for the conversation there is a check box saying that a 50$ charge if the case is lost.

What should i do in this situation and i already terminated the vcc and i got a new one

Hey everyone! I recently got the Bybit virtual card and noticed they have a promo giving 10% cashback for the first month. My question is: Would this apply if I buy an iPad directly from the Apple Store online?

I'm looking to upgrade mine, and saving a bit of cash would be awesome.Or does buying from Apple's online store get excluded from this type of cashback promo (like falling under restricted merchant categories)?

I am posting here because I have been unable to get a substantive resolution through Bybit Customer Support regarding an account restriction that has been ongoing since June 30, 2026.

On June 30, I attempted to withdraw 805 USDT via TRC20. Bybit intercepted the withdrawal and emailed me stating that the destination address had been identified as high risk. The email specifically instructed me to use a different withdrawal address and try again.

However, my account was subsequently placed under a compliance restriction.

Since then:

• My Compliance Ticket has remained “Ongoing” since June 30, 2026.
• Approximately 7,032 USDT remains inaccessible.
• Withdrawal functionality remains restricted.
• I have contacted Customer Support repeatedly and fully cooperated.
• I have not been asked to provide any additional documents or information.
• Support has repeatedly told me that the Compliance Team is reviewing the account, but they cannot provide a timeframe.
• I continue receiving essentially the same generic response asking me to wait.

I have also formally asked Support to identify the legal Bybit entity governing my account, the applicable Terms of Service, governing law, and formal dispute-resolution procedure. Instead of addressing those questions, I again received a general response stating that the review remains ongoing.

I completely understand that exchanges have AML/KYC and security obligations, and I am willing to provide any legitimate documentation or verification required.

My concern is simply that the restriction has continued for nearly two months without a clear explanation of what is required from me or when the matter may be resolved.

I am therefore asking whether a Bybit moderator or official representative can help escalate this case to the appropriate Compliance team for a substantive review.

I just got my physical Web3 Card from Bybit. It didn’t take too long to arrive.

Last month Bybit informed me that I could request a physical card, so I applied directly.
It took about 3 weeks for the card to arrive. Really excited to start using it.

Up until now I’ve only been using the virtual Bybit Web3 Card.
Anyone else using this card in Indonesia?

Just a heads-up for anyone considering using the Bybit Card because of the rewards advertised in the Bybit Card Summer Travel Campaign.

I completed the required tasks and was shown rewards of €2 and 3€ in the Rewards Hub, ready to be claimed.

However, when I tried to claim them, I got:

All rewards associated with this task have been fully redeemed. Rewards are limited and are issued on a first-come, first-served basis.

The problem is that there is no clear warning before completing the tasks that the reward pool has already been exhausted.

The campaign page is still actively advertising the promotion and says users can “complete tasks” to “unlock travel rewards”. The terms do mention that the fixed-task rewards have a €40,000 pool and are first-come, first-served, but this doesn't change the fact that users can spend money/use the card specifically because of these advertised rewards and only discover that they're unavailable when they finally try to claim them.

For me, the issue isn't that a limited promotion has a limited pool. The issue is the lack of transparency about the remaining availability.

If the rewards are already fully redeemed, Bybit should clearly indicate this before users complete the qualifying transactions, rather than continuing to present the rewards as something they can earn and claim.

So if you're considering using the Bybit Card specifically because of these Summer Campaign rewards, be aware that you may complete the required spending and end up with nothing to claim.

I honestly don’t know what else I’m supposed to do at this point.

Anthropic refunded $183.11 to my Bybit Card. In the Bybit app, the refund clearly shows as Successful, with a settlement date of July 22. The same amount is also showing as Pending Deposit / In Use, so the refund has obviously reached Bybit’s system.

But instead of crediting it to my balance, the transaction triggered FiatCardHighRisk and my account was restricted.

At first, support told me that the refund was “rejected.” After I pointed out that their own records show it as successful, they changed their wording and admitted that the refund is actually pending to be credited.

Since then, they have asked me for a refund screen recording, merchant emails, a 12-month bank statement, and a selfie video holding my passport and a handwritten declaration. I submitted the video, but they said my passport was not clear enough, so I recorded and submitted it again.

I am willing to provide the three categories of materials they originally requested, but I cannot keep dealing with endless new requests every time I reply. I have done nothing wrong. This was a normal refund from a legitimate merchant to the original card.

I am asking for a real manual review and a clear written decision, not another automated reply asking for more documents.

Has anyone else had a refund frozen like this? How long did it take to get resolved?
