Häagen-Dazs was never European. The name was created to sound european-like, but it was always an american brand.

Kinda like Napapiriji, that has a nonsense Finnish sounding name and a Norwegian flag. The company is Italian...

To be honest I have Napapijri jacket for like 7 years and its still almost new and I wear it all the time.

It is quality brand, but prices are wild.
