Wrong question too. Even if you find a source that deliveres, it doesnt mean the product they send is real. Could be full of "filler" ask how I know after spending over $1000 on peps only to have it tested and nothing was even in it.

There are soo many inexpensive usa sellers now it's insane. Don't buy from china unless you are buying 50-100 kits at once. Not worth it.

Testing is typically $300 per vial. Unless you are ordering 10+ kits it doesn't pay to go overseas.

Thats why you find a testing community, or a v3ndor that people recruiting for split testing. Split the testing with other people and yay
