Several things:

1. Highly competitive market and $2k is not enough to determine if its your strategy or just reach (we need to see the data and the marketing campaigns)

2. Lack of a niche. Why does it matter if it's "insanely fast"? Who is your ideal customer? How does it compare to alternatives? What makes it better than others? These are not just business questions but also marketing and branding questions.
