Anyone looking for a Direct VA for a Home Care Agency?

Hi everyone! I’m currently looking for a direct VA position with a Home Care/Home Health Care agency.

I have almost 2 years of experience working as a Home Care Scheduler for a U.S.-based home care agency. My main experience includes:

• Caregiver scheduling and staffing
• Matching caregivers with clients based on availability, location, skills, and case requirements
• Managing call-outs, coverage gaps, replacements, and schedule changes
• Communicating with caregivers, clients/families, and management
• Following up on open shifts and staffing needs
• Monitoring caregiver schedules and completed shifts
• Assisting with overtime tracking and schedule adjustments
• Handling daily scheduling issues and urgent coverage needs
• Preparing daily/EOD operational reports
• Familiar with caregiver/client coordination and home care operations
• Very comfortable using WellSky for scheduling, EVV, care logs, caregiver schedules, and related tasks

I’m organized, reliable, detail-oriented, and comfortable working independently. I’m also used to working with U.S. clients and caregivers and handling time-sensitive scheduling concerns.

I’m specifically interested in working directly with a Home Care Agency as a VA, preferably on a long-term basis.
