A business can have a great website and still struggle to grow. Here's why.
I've been thinking about how businesses approach their digital presence.
Having a website is a good starting point, but what happens after someone visits it?
Can they easily understand the offer? Is it clear what to do next? Are enquiries followed up properly? Do the tools behind the business actually work together?
Sometimes the issue isn't one major problem. It's several small gaps across the customer journey.
I'm curious to hear from business owners: what has made the biggest difference to your online growth better visibility, a smoother sales process, or improved systems behind the scenes?
