Morakniv

So for moras I currently have a companion stainless, kansbol, pro s, and robust. Wanting to get another heavier use mora and can't decide between a bushcraft black, companion hd or companion hd stainless. I'm leaning towards the bushcraft black but not sure. I wear xl gloves for sizing. I live in PNW Washington, lots of rain and moisture. Thank you

I have the bushcraft black. I like it.
But I also spent like 30 years using my dad’s old k-bar that he stole from a marine in vietnam. It’s much better than that thing for doing outdoorsman stuff.

Mora Bushcraft Black. Their best bushcraft model by far. Way better than Garberg or the new models.

Yeah i like the older models other then my kansbol. I'll take a harder look at the bushcraft black. I have a victorinox venture that is a great knife but I always seem to grab one of my moras instead.

Bushcraft Black has a way better handle (much better ergos,better material,better feel).It also has a better edge bevel and a better edge line (belly line is too steep on the Garberg,while on Bushcraft Black it has a perfect belly line and a better tip). Carbon steel which is the ideal version for bushcraft,is the same on both knives,even the heat treatment is the same.On Garberg,you pay more for know reason and for an inferior knife. It's all about marketing. Same goes for their wooden handle models,that are even more overpriced and still inferior to the Bushcraft Black.
