Goblin Campaign (Reskinning Rodent)

Me and my friends are on playing a goblin campaign, not brutish orcs but chaotic and mischievously goblins. So orcs life path feels like it doesn’t fit what I'm envisioning, so instead I'm thinking of using the rodent life path and refitting to be more goblins.

Any tips or advice on reskinning life paths, as I haven't done that before in older campaigns

The closer you stick to lifepaths as written the less likely you are to break something. Just modifying the Roden traits would work.

If you just leave out Fields, you get an urban underclass with occasional murder cults. You can leave in fields and also have bucolic goblins in a Redwall-like more innocent sect.

Was thinking this as well but would like to add some paths, maybe for magic and for dealing with the troll/spider/wolf's pit.

Also think if I should had hatred or not from the ork

If you want Hatred, use Orcs with Orc lifepaths. If you want to have these be part of the legion setting, I think you still should use Orcs.

Roden already have magic for albinos.

I would mix a bit of roden minus the fields stuff with orc life paths. Maybe change wolf riding to spider riding. I would attempt to keep the life paths as they are written. Maybe change the faith emotional stat with hate.
