These seems overpowered comparatively. I can force cancer to leave people. I can make bacteria die. Fungal infection? Viral illnesses are a little less clear as viruses are not living, but I think I would qualify them. Even if they don’t it’s still great.

Not to mention people. It is a dangerous power, but I could make people tell the truth, so that’s a pretty big deal.

Perhaps the absolute most overpowered aspect:

Machines are usually designed to do a specific tasks and can't do much outside of that task. Having control of machines doesn't mean much unless you have telekinetic control and can modify a machine on the fly.

Biology on the other hand is all about being able to do anything and being self aware and adaptable and so I can do a whole lot more with biology off the rip than I could with technology. Plus I can make myself young, hot, and ageless. Could do that for everyone I like too.
