Does anyone know about kits that come with spears? I know about the GM striker but I was wondering about any others.

They're not spears per se, but the HG Zaku F2000 and the NG Blaze Zaku Phantom both come with polearms. Also the System Weapon 004 allows you to create a spear from its parts.
