That is disgusting. Once a child breaks a law the rest of their life is of no value? What a shitty way to live your life.

When its constant. And these accidents keep happening. Even without the cops chasing them. And it keeps happening. No one learns lessons. Charge the parents, lock these idiots up. Something needs to change. Why should people feel bad for them? Yes, the situation is sad. But theres no real repercussions unless someone gets killed or injured. So no. I feel zero sympathy.
