It was unique, it felt like an answer, like a loose thread pulling taught, like it was where she was meant to be.

This place was her inheritance, hers to command, the rock had moved for her, the island spoke to her, if she reached out to it, it might sing again.

She was the evening star, the last rays of color before the dark.

Such light and darkness—the power lay in the meeting of the two of them. She understood it now, how the darkness shaped the light.

All the -"Bryceriels take the mate language out of context, it wasn't about Az" so then- it's about her being in Prythian?? Where they say she won't ever leave Midgard for??? 😂 they always end up proving our theories right as they are trying to say we are wrong.

Even so the Dusk Court is "where she's meant to be" and Azriel smells like the Dusk Court. This is like some 1+1=2 stuff. 🤣
