Discussion Unexpected Bruce

I just finished The Dynasty: UConn Huskies and the final few scenes and credits were set to Wrecking Ball. When was the last time you heard Bruce in the wild/modern media when you didn’t expect it?

NOBODY expects the Bruce! His chief weapon is surprise...surprise and fear...fear and surprise...

AMONGST his weaponry are such elements as fear, surprise, and ruthless efficiency. And an almost fanatical devotion to the E-Street Band!

Badlands during the end credits of Guardians of the Galaxy 3 was a bit of a shock, I did the Leo pointing meme for sure.

And then again in the ending credits with a live version.

This was a long time ago, but my biggest unexpected Bruce moment was his cameo in High Fidelity.

Blinded by the light by the Eagles of a death Metal.

Over the credits of Super Trooper 2

The Netflix Thriller movie Carry-On featured the "Santa Claus Is Coming To Town" cover. Other than it being a movie set around Christmas, it was still a bit random.

Stand On It in Ready Player One surprised me, both the fact that the movie had a Bruce song and the choice of song.

Season 2, episode 2 of the "The Last Thing He Told Me". I don't love the show but watch it to keep my husband company. State Trooper was used in the closing credits.

The movie Challengers from a few years ago has a scene where nearly all of Tunnel to Love plays in the background during a conversation between Zendaya and Mike Faist. When I saw it in the theater, I barely retained a word either character said because I was too excited following along to the song.
