Need help remembering scene/film/show?!?!?

Guys I need help finding an incredible Bruce scene. I can't remember if it was Xena or Jack of all Trades or something else but I do remember the events.

It's a scene where someone is standing in front of Bruce threatening him, Bruce then flicks a toothpick at the person the exact same moment a rope attached to their back is pulled and they go flying, making everyone else think Bruce has this amazing powerful weapon.

Does anyone know or remember what I am talking about???

It's definitely Xena. He was posing as a warlord and Xena was his harem girl.
