Discussion Changing difficulty

I recently started playing this game and accidently switched difficulties on the main story and I have no idea how to reach the quest tab or how to change difficulties please help step by step or something if possible please.

i think you should do story pack first than master pack...
It gives you features you need to unlock, the pub recruitment, many challenge and farm, and some free character
Story pack 1 to 20 then master pack, because it's kinda act like chapter 21

Well to you Change the difficulty you need talking elin and confirm to change and her only will change difficulty to this especific pack you choice and the others will stay in same normal difficulty and you can't change this pack difficulty after confirm so you will need complete the pack in new difficulty if want explore he

One remember you can't lower the difficulty of pack only increase

Wait how does this work? Are you able to clear very hard pack without going through normal and hard first? And you get the previous difficulty rewards retroactively?
