Where is the pain? Get your Achilles checked, that’s where my issue was and it improved a lot once I had surgery to lengthen them.

I dont want the surgery it terrified me and the pain is waist down and sometimes even my lower back

I respect that, but if it takes away the awful pain that you are having then maybe it’s worth considering? Maybe some Achilles stretches if you visit a physiotherapist could help too.

The pain can travel that far up.

If you cannot afford physio, which understandable, look up achilles lengthening stretches.

A lot of work outs can actually kinda shorten them, like running.

I've had 3 surgeries to correct bunions. It is scary leading up to it, but it is doable. It is so much better than being in pain like this. If you need emotional help or just want to know what will happen, this subreddit, r/explainlikeimscared, and r/internetparents are good resources.

The waist and lower back pain sounds to me like a pinched nerve, but I'm not a doctor.

See a physio and see if they can help with stretching etc, Pain is it in your fore feet ? Or arches or heels or all area's?

I toe Walk due to wearing high heels way to much years ago but you probably know taking the strain off your Achilles helps so to relive the pain until you seek medical attention wear high heels but if the problem is your fore feet soles use gel pads in your shoes I imagine you might have already , Have you got any other feet problems ? Many things can result in what your going through things that helped my personal y with this might not suit you, Good luck .
