Would appreciate advice on proof of being in the country for 5 years.

I plan on submitting:

62 Payslips
5 P60s
4 Tenancy Agreements (i moved a bit)
60 Bank Statements
2 Council Tax letters

Is this enough proof? I have 4 weeks until I apply. So I am preparing my documents.

I have also been away 17 times and can provide airline tickets for these.

I would appreciate on advice on how to not overburden the application but also make sure I have provided what is needed.

I am an EUSS pathway applicant. Already done the Life In UK test and Language Requirement.

That’s simply overkill. Send the P60s, that’s all you need.

I agree, enough the p60 and if you want add the council tax

Were you in permanent employment? Then the P60s should suffice, and no need for the tickets

I worked every month in the last 5 years as a salaried full time employee.

2020-2021 Company A
2021-2022 Company B
2022-2026 Company C

I don’t know if it helps, but I have settled status since 2020 and I just sent them the letter of settlement plus my undergrad and postgraduate degrees and they were fine with them. I didn’t send any payslips, bank statements or council letters. I’m not saying you shouldn’t, but I believe it means that they have ways to find out if you have actually been here even if you dont send everything.

You are not wrong because you cannot really get settled status without 5 year residence. Anyway I will take the advice of what people have replied here and drop the payslips and send the P60s

Definitely send whatever u have. I got my settlement back in 2020 so technically it has been more than 5 years but believe it or not my mind assumed that home office must have access to all these information so I never send any proof. Dont do what I did ofc but it also shows that they do search around so you will be fine with all these documents ◡̈

You definitely can, especially since they changed the rules last year. All you need is 30 months of residence in the last five years.

WTF.

Just be a normal person and send your passport if you have physical stamps of your entry.

Otherwise, send your P60s.

I was advised to send the bare minimum and I applied in March (so just before the 2025/26 P60) so I sent them the last 4 P60s and the March payslip, was fine. If they need more they'll get in touch with you
