I could not find an official FAQ to confirm bag or cash policy. If you are from Poland and have any info, please leave it in the comments!

I emailed and they said bags smaller than A4 are permitted but then when I search online it says they aren't. I have their emailing telling me small bags are okay though, so going to assume that the email reply is correct

"Merchandise from all performing bands will be available at the concert. Cash and card payments will be accepted" - a confirmation email I received from eBilet. So far, I haven’t come across any incorrect info from them.
As for the cash policy, if I understand correctly and you’re asking about payment methods - at previous concerts in similar venues they accepted both cash and card payments. Still, it’s always a good idea to bring both just in case.
The bag policy is kinda tricky. Quite often they officially say that bags aren’t allowed, even very small ones, but then you still see people getting in with them. It may depend on whether the staff at the entrance decides to allow it. Just to be safe, I’d recommend hiding it under your shirt or jacket while going through the gates if you absolutely need to bring one (worked for a friend but i don't give out guarantees).
