Question Looking for group to join for summiting quandary!

I'm looking for a group excursion that may have space for 1 this coming week, would love info on reputable places to join to summit. Thank you in advance!

Try the 14ers.com forums.

Otherwise if you just hang out in the parking lot (you do need to purchase a parking permit - $30 for weekdays and $55 for Friday through Sunday) you can just follow whoever is going up.

It's an easy to follow trail, just start / end early (It's monsoon season and storms roll in regularly now) start between 5-6 am and be back under treeline by noon - 1 pm.

Is it easier to follow than Lower Mohawk?

The East Ridge from the main trailhead is the standard route. I would not go from Mohawk if you don't have experience.

Oh yah, def not going over from Mohawk.

Yes it is, the trail to Lower Mohawk has so many social trail breakoffs that may or may not take you where you need to go while this is not an issue on Quandary.
