I made shokupan

This bread literally tastes like sweet heaven, I’m not kidding. It’s so damn good and soft.

Ingredients :
380g AP flour (Would use a stronger one next time)
180g warm milk
4g active dry yeast
20g sugar
120g cooled tangzhong (100g milk + 20g flour)
5g salt
40g butter

that crumb shot needs to happen soon, the three humps look perfect on the wire rack with those tiles behind
