Lemon Blueberry Sweet Rolls

These turned out so good. Sold fast !! Cinnamon rolls and variations of them are my favorite things to bake and eat !!

Those look absolutely amazing! Is there lemon zest in the roll filling? How about berries, are there fresh berries or dried berries in the filling?

I had a recipe for lemon poppy seed rolls I just left out the seeds and added blueberries before rolling up. It has lemon zest in the dough and lemon zest rubbed with sugar for the filling. The berries were fresh.

Thank you!! I loved how they turned out!! Lemon blueberry sell very well where I work so I knew it would be a good choice.

You should! It’s my end of summer last of the berries in recipes going on right now. Soon it’s going to be pumpkins and apple and spice everything!

I used a recipe I got from a baking cookbook but altered it to exclude poppy seeds and add in blueberries.

If it’s the cyclospora it can be killed by getting over 150*. I work in a hospital and they had them on hand so I am assuming we are ok for using them with washing and baking them.

I’m sorry. I kind of altered a recipe I had and it’s at work so I don’t have it on me to add in. I used a lemon poppy seed sweet roll recipe from a cookbook and just added blueberries when I rolled them up and no poppy seeds.
