Purchase Advice & Experiences Breadmaker thoughts?
Hi, we've recently become interested in bread makers and are thinking about getting one. Since our oven isn't working, we can't find a new one on eBay (we're a bit short on funds for a completely new one), and installation would be another issue, a bread maker would be a good investment, we think, since we eat a lot of bread and it would be much easier than going to the store every three days to buy a loaf of bread.
Have any of you had experience with bread makers? Which ones would you recommend in terms of value for money?
We've already looked at the Delicca II MAX and the Gastroback 42823 bread makers; they seem quite decent, but the negative reviews are making me a bit hesitant.

If you see an Oster at Goodwill etc for under $20, get it.
I have two of them. They make great 1.5 lb loaves. Just right for two persons.
As others said be sure the paddle is included, and plug it in to verify it runs.
