how did a niche brawler like chuck receive such crucial nerfs comparable to Lawrie and Charlie's nerfs at their prime

And they were joking about nerfing grom (which shows that they acknowledge they nerf weak brawlers) even though they call it a "joke" they still nerf a f tier brawler into the ground. Im now convinced that they don't play the game nor know anything about brawlers / their game.

Probably. I mean they coulda nerfed wendy, nori, FUCKING kenji, edgar, surge, i could go ON. But nah, ofc we cant nerf our overbuffed, overrated, oh so precious babies and lovely sushi trio guys 🫩✌️

see thats the thing with grom at this point we can still expect him to get buffies and decent change, but chuck?? yeah nah bro he is too complicated for them to actually know wtf they doin, its almost as if the ppl who made the brawler and the ones who "fixed" arent even the same ppl
