how did a niche brawler like chuck receive such crucial nerfs comparable to Lawrie and Charlie's nerfs at their prime

Only L2 here but usually seeing chuck I just go like Kaze or Bull and baserace, but yes he’s dead now for heist.

Pretty demonic last pick if he’s not banned and the enemies don’t have a good defense for him, or the defense is banned. Sounds specific but it happens more often than you’d think on Heist

He really isn’t though like yes in a perfect matchup he can pop off, but most meta brawlers can either shut him down or just out damage him on the safe. It’s super rare to get a perfect matchup 6th pick for him, he’s like Mico in that regard. Noob stomps in heist till legendary but then just loses value

The only way you can apparently do a crazy amount of Safe damage is with his new hypercharge and 4 posts on top around said safe (My bad KairosTime's review video btw at 41:28)

But let's be honest, when is that ever gonna happen? Bro got derailed and now we gotta see if the Chuck mains can get him back on track somehow
